At ServTech Pro Inc., we value transparency and reliability. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our policies below regarding orders, shipping, returns, and services.

Hours of Operation

To serve you better, our sales hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9am to 1pm EST

Products may be ordered and inquiries may be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Order Information

Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through our website or by email. Once received, you will get an order confirmation within 24 hours.  

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or special orders may require additional time.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards.

Back orders

Parts temporarily out of stock will be automatically shipped and invoiced when available unless order indicates "do not ship back order". Appropriate shipping charges will be added to the invoice.

Additional Orders

Our goal is to process all orders as soon as we receive them. No additional items can be added to a previously processed order. Any additional orders will be handled as a new order.

Pricing

All prices are subject to availability, and may change without notice. We will make every possible attempt to inform our customers of any price changes at the time that the order is placed. Please verify at time of order for your records.

SHIPPING

Delivery Times

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. 


All orders are shipped UPS and/or FedEx, any NEXT DAY , 2nd and 3rd day shipments require a 3:30pm EST deadline. Additional shipping fees will apply. 

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow seven business days before requesting a tracking number on lost or late shipments.

Freight Shipping

Some of our products, due to their size, weight, or nature, must be shipped via freight delivery rather than standard parcel services. Freight shipping ensures your equipment is handle properly and arrives safely.

Scheduling

Freight deliveries are typically scheduled Monday- Friday during normal business hours. You will be contacted in advance to arrange a delivery window.

Delivery Method

Standard freight delivery is "curbside", meaning the driver will deliver the shipment to the nearest accessible location at your address. It is the customer's responsibility to move the equipment inside.

Additional Services

If you require liftgate service, inside delivery, or white-glove delivery, please notify us at the time of order. Additional fees may apply.

Inspection

We recommend inspecting your shipment upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt. if there is any visible damage, note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately. Failure to do so will result in your company or you being liable for the damaged merchandise.

Freight Charges

Calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Freight costs will be provided at checkout or in your order quote.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Merchandise for return must be filed within 30 days of receipt. For unused, unopened items in original packaging. After 30 days returns are not accepted.


Freight charges on all product(s) returned including warranted parts are the responsibility of the customer. 

Non- Returnable Items

Custom orders, special order parts, or used equipment are not eligible for return. 

Process

To start a return, contact us for authorization and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
